Building Connections in the Armidale Community
Men’s sheds provide a safe and inclusive environment where men and women can meet and work on meaningful projects, at their own pace, in their own time. A space to work, learn new skills, socialise and develop valuable friendships. There is a network of almost a 1000 sheds across Australia, and more around the world.
The shed is staffed by volunteers who kindly donate their time whenever they can.
It may not always be accessible during the advertised hours.

Look for the 10c label on the container to see if it is eligible for a refund.
Most containers between 150ml and 3 litres are accepted. Containers need to be in good condition - not crushed or broken, be empty and have their label attached.
Water bottles, cans (e.g. soft drinks),
Bottles ( e.g. beer bottles), flavoured milk, juice boxes or poppers.
Remember to leave the lids on when returning your containers - they'll be recycled too.
